Cucumbers with Sour Cream Recipe

This refreshing heart healthy side dish is low in fat, calories, cholesterol and sodium.

Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice. Slice onions into rings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions. Stir and chill before serving.
