Scripps Proton Therapy Center draws people from around the world

Becker's Hospital Review recently published a story on how Scripps and another U.S. border area hospital are responding to the recent surge in international medical tourism.


Tim Collins, corporate vice president of operations and research at Scripps, cited the Scripps Proton Therapy Center as a medical destination site for cancer patients who are seeking specialized care not found in their countries.
