Convenient walk-in clinic for same-day care at the corner of Jefferson and Vista Way

Scripps HealthExpress Jefferson provides care for minor illnesses and injuries and some select vaccinations, too. With care for those 6 months and older, HealthExpress is open in the early mornings, during business hours, in the evenings and on weekends.


HealthExpress is located in Scripps Medical Center on the first floor with a separate entrance. Our team of medical professionals provides care for people in North County San Diego, including Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad, Mira Costa, Tri-City, Calavera Hills, Summerview and Ocean Hills. Parking is free.

Walk-in clinic services and payment options

Scripps HealthExpress accepts most health insurance plans, and your visit is billed as a primary care office visit (excluding sports physicals). If you are paying out-of-pocket or making a co-pay, we accept credit cards, cash and checks.
