Survivor and doctor urge women to be proactive about breast health

Battling cancer during pregnancy recounts how one Murietta mom survived breast cancer, and now urges pregnant women to be especially proactive about breast health.

Her surgeon, Dr. Mary Wilde, is medical director of the Scripps Polster Breast Care Center at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. She encourages pregnant women to be vigilant and persistent in getting attentive breast care.
