Expanding Cancer Services at Scripps to Be Most Advanced in Region

San Diego ABC affiliate Channel 10 covered the groundbreaking ceremonies May 24 for the Scripps Radiation Therapy Center, which will feature one of the world’s most advanced technologies for treating cancer. Construction is also under way on the Scripps Proton Therapy Center in Mira Mesa, which will offer patients yet another sophisticated weapon in the fight against cancer. When these two facilities are complete, Scripps will offer the most advanced and comprehensive treatment options in San Diego County.
