Speaking at the fourth annual Connect 2015 conference in San Diego, Scripps Health Chief Academic Officer Eric Topol, MD, said patients should own their medical data, according to a report by Xconomy.


Dr. Topol feels so strongly about the topic that he devoted an entire chapter about it in his new book, “The Patient Will See You Now.”
