Scripps CEO Names 'Front-line Employees' His Person of the Year

Health care system CEOs from across the country offered their “Person of the Year” nominees in a recent report by Becker’s Hospital Review.

Scripps CEO and President Chris Van Gorder nominated front-line health care employees. “You won’t find any of them listed individually on any list published in any major newspaper or magazine, but despite all the technology in health care today, it is that front-line health care worker who will put hands on a patient with skill, passion and compassion,” he told the publication.
