Scripps Expert Weighs in on MD House Call Apps

Building on the success of services such as Uber, a number of on-demand health care apps have been launched. One named Heal recently began offering services in San Diego.

Scripps Health digital medicine expert Eric Topol, MD, commented on the services in a San Diego Union-Tribune article. Dr. Topol is director of the Scripps Translational Research Institute and author of the acclaimed book “The Patient Will See You Now.”
