Media Spotlight on Scripps Career Resource Center

In the wake of recent layoffs at Scripps, Beckers Hospital Review published a story about efforts by the Scripps Career Resource Center (CRC) to help employees who were affected find new jobs within or outside the organization. Scripps Health President and CEO Chris Van Gorder is quoted saying that though position eliminations at Scripps are not the norm, the system’s culture demands that they be handled in a “supportive and compassionate way.”
