Serving more fish supports local fisheries industry

Scripps Mercy Hospital Executive Chef Cynthia Quinonez was recently featured in an article about seafood sustainability published by the online news site Medium.


Scripps is part of an effort by the Nutrition in Health Care Leadership Team to support local fisheries by purchasing and serving more local, seasonal and sustainable harvested seafood in hospitals.
