Cleaning staff plays important role in response to COVID-19

An article recently published in the San Diego Union-Tribune featured environmental services workers at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego, whose jobs have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Jose Agundez, the environmental services manager at the hospital, said sanitizing and cleaning plays a major role in patient care.
