The Del Mar Times covered the inspiring story Carrie Steele, whose recent treatment and recovery from advanced breast cancer has changed her life in unexpected ways. After her successful treatment at Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center, the internet executive is now back at work and balancing out her busy career with yoga, a healthier diet, walking and reading. Carrie is also giving back by volunteering as a mentor to newly diagnosed patients at Scripps MD Anderson.
