Biography

Jihad Jaffer, MD, specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Jaffer has special clinical interests in the treatment of amputees, ultrasound-guided injections and non-medication alternatives to pain management.


Dr. Jaffer is committed to rehabilitating his patients to their fullest potential and enjoys teaching his patients about their bodies so that they take can control of their own healing and wellness. 


Dr. Jaffer was pleased to move back to San Diego with his wife and three children after his training and early career. 


In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, cooking and all things tech.
