Post Watchman Flx Pro implant with alternative monotherapy regimens

Inclusion Criteria
Patients must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be an acceptable candidate for the Watchman Flx Pro device.
- Be eligible for all three drug regimens.
- Be able to return for required follow-up visits.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients must not:
- Have a contraindication to one of the three protocol defined drug regimens.
- Have recurrent deep vein thrombosis, mechanical heart valve, or rheumatic heart disease.
- Have chronic kidney disease stage IV or on dialysis.
- Be planning to have any cardiac or non-cardiac intervention or surgical procedure within 30 days prior to or 6 months after implant.
