Comparing Surgery vs Transcatheter Valve Repair for Aortic Regurgitation

Inclusion Criteria
Patients must:
- Be 18 years or older with a clinical indication for aortic valve regurgitation
Be a candidate for both transcatheter valve repair and surgical valve repair
Meet all other eligibility criteria
Exclusion Criteria
Patients must not:
- Have mitral or tricuspid disease considered clinically significant
Have a life expectancy less than 2 years
Have moderate to severe or worse right ventricular dysfunction
Have complex coronary artery disease

The Trilogy THV System is indicated for valve replacement among subjects who have a guideline Class I or II indication for Grade >3+ predominant native valve aortic regurgitation and can receive either surgical or transcatheter valve therapy according to the local heart team.Contact Info:
