Inclusion Criteria

Patients must:

  • Be adults 18 years of age or older
  • Have a biopsy-confirmed diagnosis of IgAN within the past 10 years prior to signature of the ICF
  • Be clinically stable on a maximally tolerated dose of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blockers for at least 12 weeks prior to screening

Exclusion Criteria

Patients must not:

  • Have a history of rapidly progressive variant of IgAN
  • Have other progressive glomerulonephritis or non-immunologic glomerular disease such as diabetic nephropathy
  • Be currently taking oral budesonide
  • Have a history of treatment with an anti-CD38 antibody
  • Have been previously treated with immunosuppressive or other immunomodulatory agents within 12 months prior to screening.

Additional Info

Eligible participants will be randomized (like the flip of a coin) to receive the study drug, felzartamab, or a placebo (no active ingredients), for up to 24 weeks. Participation will last for just over 2 years.
