Inclusion Criteria

Patients must:

  • be 18 years of age or older
  • have pathologically confirmed locally advanced or metastatic squamous or non-squamous NSCLC and are not a candidate for complete surgical resection and curative chemoradiotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

Patients must not:

  • have known Actionable Genomic Alterations for which there are available front-line therapies
  • have active CNS lesions, including brainstem, meningeal, or spinal cord metastases or compression
  • have an active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment within the past 2 years
  • have severe pulmonary disease unrelated to NSCLC
  • have a history of immunodeficiency

Additional Info

All treatments and study visits will take place at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines (Geisel Pavilion). Study participation will last for about 2 years or more depending on which anticancer agent is given with the study drug.
