Description
If you are a spinal cord injury survivor, caregiver or loved one, join us for a free support group.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the following:
- Get information and resources
- Reinforce inner strength
- Learn self-care strategies
- Develop encouraging peer relationships
- Continue living with meaning and purpose
This group is co-facilitated with the Triumph Foundation.
