Description
The muscles and connective tissues that make up the pelvic floor are an intricate structure that can become damaged in a number of ways. When that happens, varying degrees of stress incontinence can occur.
Join Scripps physical therapist Linda Schneider to learn more about pelvic floor disorders and urinary incontinence including typical habits, causes, exercises and lifestyle changes. She’ll talk about exercises to help manage these conditions and lifestyle changes that may have positive benefits.
This presentation is for both men and women.
