Join Scripps Health for Fall Prevention Awareness Week and learn practical ways to reduce fall risk, maintain mobility and support healthy aging. Throughout the week, Scripps experts in geriatrics, pharmacy, rehabilitation, injury prevention and fitness will discuss factors that can increase fall risk and steps older adults, caregivers and families can take in partnership with their healthcare team to stay safe, active and independent.

Movement, Strength & Balance
This virtual class is an active workout. Be prepared to move, wear supportive shoes and you have enough space to move around.
