Grief and Loss Support Groups (In-Person - Chula Vista) - Spanish

These free, ongoing in-person support groups for adults who have experienced loss give participants the opportunity to meet others who are grieving, share their experience with grief, learn coping skills and discover other helpful resources.

This support group meets the first Thursday of every month and is facilitated in Spanish.
