Description
Pelvic floor health plays an important role in well-being for everyone, of all ages and genders. The pelvic floor is a combination of muscles, ligaments and connective tissues that support the organs in and around the pelvic floor. An imbalance of strength, tone and coordination of these can result in dysfunction and pain.
This 40-minute mat class teaches exercises designed to strengthen and condition the pelvic floor, along with the deep abdominal and gluteal muscles. Additionally, proper breathing techniques will be introduced.
