Fun, Energizing Dance Workouts Tailored for Active Adults and Beginners
This is a low impact Zumba® designed specifically for active older adults. It is a fun and accessible way for seniors and beginners to improve their fitness, balance, and coordination.
The class is held on the campus of Scripps Mercy Hospital, Chula Vista.
