Guideposts magazine recently featured a new WomenHeart Support Group launched in January at Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo.
The article quoted Poulina Uddin, MD, with the Scripps Women's Heart Center, who said groups like the one run by patient B. Verde let women know they aren't alone.
