Dozens of former trauma patients reconnect with doctors, nurses
Former Scripps trauma patients and their families recently gathered for a celebration of life at the 34th annual Trauma Patient Reunion at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
Fady Nasrallah, MD, a Scripps Clinic trauma surgeon, told KUSI that doctors, nurses, therapists and other staff members "cherish" the opportunity to reconnect with former patients and see how well they are doing.
