Family medicine physician Zariah Chappell, MD, provides comprehensive primary care services for all ages, focusing on preventive health. Dr. Chappell has a clinical interest in mental health, particularly in the areas of anxiety and depression. She also has expertise in women’s health, including contraceptive management and post-menopausal care for such conditions as osteoporosis.
Dr. Chappell believes medical care is an ongoing discussion or dialogue between the patient and the physician that considers what best serves the patient. Listening is just as important as teaching for Dr. Chappell, and she looks forward to having this dialogue with all of her patients.
When not in the office, Dr. Chappell enjoys painting, watercolor and going to the movies. When she has time, she also enjoys international travel.
