Nurse practitioner Diane Kim, NP, provides primary care services for all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management and women’s health.

Diane collaborates with her patients to empower and enable them to make the best choices to maximize their health and quality of life. She enjoys having open communication with her patients to promote clear and meaningful discussions that foster a trusting relationship.

When not with patients, Diane enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, including her dog daughter and dog son.
