Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Fellowship

Adult and pediatric allergy and clinical immunology

This two-year, ACGME-accredited program trains fellows to evaluate, diagnose and treat complex allergy, immunologic and asthmatic disorders. Research experience will help fellows evaluate new ideas and develop superior clinical expertise.

The program has a strong internal medicine focus, exposing trainees to such diverse disciplines as pediatric allergy and immunodeficiency, autoimmunity, head and neck surgery, pulmonary physiology and dermatology.

The program provides extensive training in adult and pediatric allergy and clinical immunology. Close affiliations with Rady Children’s Hospital, Kaiser-Permanente and the Naval Medical Center enhance training.

The fellowship incorporates a robust research component. Affiliations with The Scripps Research Institute, the University of California San Diego and the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology provide abundant immunobiological research opportunities. Learn more about current clinical trials.
