Heroin Use on the Rise

Investigators say Philip Seymour Hoffman may have died from a drug overdose, after finding heroin in the actor’s apartment. Here in San Diego, heroin use is being called an epidemic. Nancy Knott, an interventionalist and counselor at the Scripps Alcohol & Drug Treatment Program spoke to local media about this growing trend.
