Media Cover Scripps Participation in Health Information Exchange

San Diego Health Connect, the area’s health information exchange, recently announced the full participation of Scripps Health and Sharp Healthcare in the medical record-sharing network, beginning this summer, which generated media attention.

The exchange includes other area health systems and community clinics and will help doctors quickly and securely view medical information even if it resides at a different organization.
