Many patients and visitors at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla undoubtedly have wondered about the origins of whimsical metal sculptures depicting cyclists that are part of the hospital’s Ralyn and Nathan Wolfstein Sculpture Park.


Now, they can read the story behind the artist thanks to a feature article about Amos Robinson published by the San Diego Union-Tribune. Robinson, of San Diego, is best known for his kinetic depictions of bicycles of all kinds.
