Expert discusses progress at Scripps Blood and Marrow Transplant Program

James Mason, MD, recently appeared on the KUSI News to discuss advances in the treatment of blood cancers. Dr. Mason is medical director of Scripps Health’s Blood and Marrow Transplant Program, where patient survival rates have more than doubled since its founding in 1980. September is national blood cancer awareness month.
