Scripps radiation oncologist Patrick Linson, MD, recently visited KUSI News to explain a relatively new form of radiation therapy for prostate cancer patients.


Using Scripps' CyberKnife technology, Dr. Linson delivers stereotactic body radiation therapy to effectively treat prostate cancer in as little as one week, compared to the five to nine weeks it takes to treat with conventional radiation.
