Scripps offers kiosk service to dispose of unneeded medication

Ole Snyder, MD, physician chair of the Scripps Opioid Stewardship Program, went on KUSI recently to raise awareness about National Drug Take Back Day this Saturday, Oct. 27. Dr. Snyder explained what Scripps is doing to encourage people to safely dispose of any unused medication and prescription drugs.


Scripps Health recently installed kiosks at three of its sites that will be available year-round to dispose of unneeded medication at no cost.
