The first baby born in San Diego County in 2019 was delivered at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. Ainhara Banos was born on New Year's Day at 12:04 a.m. The girl's mother, Elizabeth Morales of National City, said her daughter came two weeks early.
