The ER is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Labor and Delivery
Open 24 hours a day. Enter through main hospital entrance. Go to Labor and Delivery on main floor. Press the call button to request access.
Cafeteria Hours

Open daily

Breakfast: 6:30 am - 9:30 am

Lunch: 11 am - 2 pm

Dinner: 4 pm - 7 pm (temporarily, the cafe will close at 2 pm on weekends/observed holidays)

Imaging Hours

Hospital outpatient imaging hours:

  • CT: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm
  • MRI: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Sat - Sun 7:30 am - 4 pm
  • Nuclear Medicine: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm
  • Ultrasound: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm
  • X-ray: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm

Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista is located in a busy neighborhood. Below you’ll find tips to make your visit as seamless as possible.

The hospital’s main entrance is on H Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues. Plenty of free parking is available on-site in our open-air lots.

Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista provides a variety of medical and surgical services, including inpatient and outpatient care. Within the hospital you’ll find our 24-hour emergency room and many other specialty services ranging from cancer care to stroke care. Several of our outpatient services are located across the street, in the 450 and 480 medical buildings on 4th Avenue.
