July is national bone cancer awareness month and CBS 8 TV News interviewed Anna Khachatrian, MD, about what people should know about cancers of the bones and joints. She shared an overview of warning signs and diagnostic testing options and explained some of the latest treatment advancements at Scripps. Dr. Khachatrian is medical director of orthopedic oncology at Scripps Cancer Center and is a Scripps Clinic orthopedic surgeon.
