Thomas Buchholz, MD, joined KUSI News to preview an upcoming medical conference that will educate doctors about recent advances in cancer care. The event, “Oncology Update 2026,” is one of several continuing medical education forums hosted throughout the year by Scripps Cancer Center. Dr. Buchholz shared some of the latest emerging treatment strategies, along with a glimpse into ongoing cancer research. Dr. Buchholz is medical director of Scripps Cancer Center and is a Scripps Clinic physician.
