Family medicine physician Zachary Sprague, DO, provides comprehensive primary care services for the whole family, focusing on preventive and sports medicine. 


Dr. Sprague believes in an evidence-based approach to health care and takes into account his patients’ life experiences and beliefs to develop individualized treatment plans. He is dedicated to empowering his patients to take control of their own health and to make healthy lifestyle choices.


In his free time, Dr. Sprague enjoys spending time with his wife, son and two Shetland sheepdogs. His interests include weight lifting, watching and playing sports, cooking and traveling.
