Tyler Adamson, DO, is a sports medicine physician that sees patients of all ages. As a former baseball player, he has an interest in overhead athletes as well as youth sports.
Dr. Adamson aims to individualize treatment according to each patient's goals. He is committed to treating limitations in activity that may impact other aspects of a patient's health. He is dedicated to exploring non-operative interventions for treatment including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, hyaluronic acid injections, and percutaneous tenotomy.
Dr. Adamson is experienced working with high-level athletes, including the San Diego State University (SDSU) Aztecs. He also spends his time in clinic educating residents and medical students. He has acted as a reviewer for numerous articles in the Medicine Journal. He enjoys attending conferences to remain knowledgeable of the newest strategies for patients
Outside of clinic, Dr. Adamson strives to be well rounded. Whether it is cooking, spending time with his family and dogs, or supporting his native Ohio State buckeyes, he is always productive.
