Biography
Raymond deKay, MD, provides comprehensive primary care for all ages, focusing on preventive medicine and wellness. In particular, Dr. deKay focuses on improving cardiometabolic health to prevent some of the most common illnesses and conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. He also performs office-based procedures, such as skin procedures, joint injections and point-of-care ultrasound.
As a primary care physician, his goal is to help his patients achieve the highest quality of physical, mental and emotional health. Practicing family medicine gives him the unique opportunity to develop a relationship with his patients over time, partnering with them to create individualized health care plans. As a holistic provider, he believes in discovering the core reasons behind a patient’s symptoms.
When not seeing patients, Dr. deKay enjoys spending time with his wife and puppy, especially a relaxing day at the bay or beach. A lifelong sports fan, he stays active playing basketball and soccer.
