Biography
Elizabeth Kaback, MD, is a cardiologist specializing in integrative cardiology and has special interest in the prevention of primary and secondary coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure and dyslipidemia. She has advanced training in integrative medicine and uses multimodality treatments and techniques to provide patients innovative tools to reach their health goals. These tools include a combination of traditional approaches and nutritional strategies, supplements and exercise prescriptions as part of a health care plan.
Dr. Kaback has completed research in cell and vascular biology resulting in a continued interest in vascular biology, inflammation, genomics and proteomics.
She believes the patient and doctor are a team and need to work together in an open, honest, secure and warm environment to achieve maximum wellness, health and wholeness. She believes that healthy change can occur with a little hard work and the combination of conventional medicine and integrative techniques helps patients achieve their optimal self.
In her spare time, Dr. Kaback enjoys Barre3, hiking, cycling, skiing, traveling, art and spending time with her dogs, family and friends.
