Claire Davis, MD, is a pulmonary and critical care medicine physician with Scripps. She primarily treats patients who are critically ill with conditions such as septic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome and organ failure. She also does pulmonary consults. She believes health care is a human right and is committed to integrating evidence-based medicine with patient-centered care.
Dr. Davis’s research interests include optimizing the electronic medical record to improve delivery and quality of care. She has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and taught and mentored medical students.
In her free time, Dr. Davis enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her family in beautiful San Diego.
