Pooja Gajare, MD, is an internal medicine physician specializing in integrative and functional medicine. Dr. Gajare’s clinical practice includes management of gastrointestinal issues, stress management, mental health, fatigue and metabolic disorders. She has a particular interest in integrative approaches to weight management, pre-diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety and ADHD.
Dr. Gajare is passionate about using precision medicine to develop a personalized approach to each patient. She listens carefully to her patients to determine the root cause of illnesses, and provides a thorough evaluation of lifestyle factors, including diet, sleep, exercise, mind-body therapies and supplements.
In her free time, Dr. Gajare spends time with her husband and son, and enjoys hiking near the beach, yoga and mindfulness-based meditation.
