Biography

Steven Escobar, MD, specializes in critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. His clinical interests include performing minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. He also has a research focus on the early diagnosis of lung cancer.


Dr. Escobar believes the art of medicine is balancing the latest, state-of-the-art evidence-based medicine with the patient’s needs and desires and then applying it to a personalized treatment plan.


When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Escobar enjoys mountain biking and riding motorcycles.
