Biography

Dina Fainman, MD, is an OB-GYN who specializes in caring for a wide range of women’s health issues including family planning, fertility, pregnancy, adolescent gynecology, yearly screening, endometriosis, menopause and hereditary cancer testing. Dr. Fainman earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York City and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center.


Dr. Fainman believes that patients should make educated choices about their own health. She welcomes and encourages open dialogue in patient discussions and decision making, while striving to provide the most up-to-date and evidence-based care.


She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as snowboarding, scuba diving, spin cycling and traveling. Dr. Fainman also speaks Spanish and Hebrew.
