In practice since 1999, Beth Mattera is a nurse practitioner with a clinical focus in cardiovascular disease.

She believes that communication and a team approach are the keys to ensuring good health and well-being. She encourages preventive health strategies, such as a heart healthy diet, exercise and stress reduction.

Beth attended the University of California, San Diego, where she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.

When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys yoga, tennis, gardening and cooking.
