Family nurse practitioner Meredith Sanders, NP, has over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive primary care services to adolescents and adults. Meredith specializes in preventive medicine and the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. Her medical interests include women’s health, with expertise in managing urinary tract infections (UTIs), vaginitis, contraception and menopause.
Meredith believes in true collaboration — partnering with each patient to create personalized care plans that support their unique journey toward better physical and mental health. She strives to create an environment where patients feel heard and are actively engaged in their own care. She is also dedicated to helping patients navigate the complexities of the health care system, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
When not seeing patients, Meredith enjoys yoga, skiing and travel. She also loves reading and spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog.
