An annual membership fee allows members of PIMC to access dedicated concierge medical doctors and staff, as well as unique services when and where you need them. This boutique medicine practice fits your schedule and lifestyle and provides the opportunity for you to develop a strong and collaborative partnership with your primary care doctor. Each physician focuses on preventive care, early intervention, wellness and functional longevity.

Pricing and membership fees
The annual membership fee does not cover health care services. PIMC bills your health insurance for covered health care services. PIMC accepts Medicare, PPO plans, self-pay and indemnity insurance. PIMC is not able to accept HMO insurance plans.

You can change your status as an individual, couple or family at any time with a 60-day notice. You cannot transfer participation in the program to any other individual. The PIMC at Scripps Clinic reserves the right to adjust the fee schedule on an annual basis.
