New investigational stabilzation device for cervical (neck) fusion

This study will compare the addition of a posterior cervical (neck) stabilization when used in combination with anterior cervical (neck) disc fusion for treatment of multilevel cervical degenerative disease

Inclusion Criteria

Patients must:
  • Be 18-80 years of age
  • Be clinically indicated to have a multilevel neck fusion surgery because of severe neck pain
  • Be willing to return for follow-up visits post surgery for up to 2 years

Exclusion Criteria

Patients must not:
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 40kg
  • Chronic use of steroids or opioids
  • Sever osteoporosis
